About

Run by one operator, on purpose.

Scale Ops is run by me, Zohaib. When you work with Scale Ops, you're working with the person who does the work — not an account manager relaying it.

I build acquisition systems because I've had to build my own — from scratch, without a warm network, without a big-city address, without anyone handing me leads. Every sequence, scraper, CRM, and script I ship for clients started as something I needed to work for myself first.

That's the filter for everything Scale Ops builds: does it actually produce conversations, or does it just look like marketing? I've sourced and verified hundreds of leads for a single campaign, rebuilt DM sequences off live reply data, run community funnels on Whop and Skool, and coached client conversations in real time as they happened. The playbook isn't theory — it's the residue of what worked.

I'm based in Pakistan and work with agency owners and startups across Europe, the US, and beyond — fully remote, async-first. That setup is a feature: faster turnarounds, pricing without agency overhead, and a builder who's genuinely hungry for your system to work, because my name is on it.

Principles

How Scale Ops operates.

Systems over motivation

If your acquisition depends on feeling like doing outreach, it breaks. If it runs as a system — lists, cadence, follow-up rules — it compounds whether you're motivated or not.

You own everything

Every list, sequence, script, and tracker lives in your accounts from day one. No hostage infrastructure, no "cancel and lose it all" — the build is yours.

Honesty over hype

No guaranteed-clients promises, no inflated numbers, no fake urgency. If a build isn't the right move for you, the audit call is where you'll hear it — for free.

Where the work happens

Built where your buyers are.

Different buyers live on different platforms, and a system built for the wrong channel is wasted money. Scale Ops builds across six channels and matches the mix to your specific buyer during the blueprint stage.

Channels

  • Instagram — DM sequences and profile positioning
  • LinkedIn — sequences plus warm-up content
  • Cold email — lists, sequences, deliverability basics
  • Cold calling — scripts and VoIP setup
  • Whop — community funnels and in-platform outreach
  • Skool — community funnels and classroom content

Talk to the person who builds it.

No sales team, no handoffs. The audit call is with me, and so is everything after it.
